Entries accepted between 7.00 am and 10.15 am on Show Day. |
| 2.
All exhibits to be staged by 10.30 am. |
| 3.
All exhibits must be made or grown by Exhibitor, except in Classess
61, 62,63,64 and 65 of the Floral Art Section where plant material
need not be grown by the Exhibitor. Anyone acting contrary to
this rule will be debarred from the prize. |
| 4.
The utmost care will be taken of the exhibits, but the Committee
will not hold themselves responsible for loss or damage of the
same. |
| 5.
No exhibit which has already won a prize at this show may be
entered a second time. |
| 6.
Articles in the Handicraft section to have been completed since
20th August 2005. No entries in Handicraft Section to be washed
or dry-cleaned. |
| 7.
All disputes shall be referred to three Members of the Committee
and any person making the objection against any exhibitor must
deposit 50p with the Secretary and if the case is proven, the
money will be returned. Objections to be made in writing before
the conclusion of the Show. |

Art entries may be offered for sale. 20% commission to the Show. |
| 11.
Judge’s decision is final. |
| 12.
Prize Money to be paid between 3.45 pm and 4.15 pm. |
| 13.
Exhibits must not be removed before 4.30 pm. This rule will
be STRICTLY ENFORCED. |
| 14.
CUPS TO BE AWARDED AND RETURNED AS USUAL. |
| 15.
Complimentary Ticket

– Subscription of £10.00 or over.
– Entries of £3.00 or over. |

| 16.
Please make all cheques payable to ‘Whittingham Show’. |
| 17.
The Committee does not accept any responsiblity for any accident,
illness or injury incurred to persons or animals on the Show
fields or in connection with the Show. |
| 18.
Each Trade Stand will be charged at the rate of £10 or
10% of their takings, whichever is the greater. |
